Gokyo Trek |
 Walking up through Namche, trekkers take the route through
Khumbjung to Gokyo (4700 mtrs). You can visit the Everest View
Hotel -the 4-star hotel set up at the highest elevation in the
world and Khumjung monastery on your acclimatization day. At
Gokyo it is possible to visit the Fifth Lake on the way to Cho
Oyu Base Camp and several other day walks and climb Gokyo RI
(5300 mtrs) for spell-binding sunrise or sun set view over
Everest. This place is one of the best places in the Everest
area to see mountain panoramic views.
