Major Trekking Routes in Everest Region

Everest Base Camp
Maximum altitude gain 5545m- Trekking begins after a 30 minute flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. This trek goes through Namche Bazar, the famous market town of the Khumbu region. On the way to Namche you will see your first distant views of mighty Mt Everest. Namche and its neighbors Khumjung

Sherpa Village Trek
This trek starts from Lukla, the get way to Khumbu region by domestic flight. The trek follows the ethnic Sherpa villages like Namche, Khumjung, Thame and Phakding. Gokyo Trek
